There is a term in physiology called "creep."
It refers to the constant shrinkage of tendons and ligaments.
So STRETCH! It's the only way to beat the creep!
If you spend a lot of time in front of your monitor,
then you really need to get up and stretch for
at least five minutes each hour.
Before you have that cup of coffee,
stand up, loosen your apparel, and...
stretch!
