This is why a good diet supercedes supplementation. Your best source of K2 (and possibly B12) is probably fermented foods and gut bacteria. If you supplement with Vit-D3, then you probably need to also take K2, Magnesium, Calcium, Zinc, trace minerals.... They all work together!
