I hope you find this as inspiring as I did! Lots of useful insight on finer points of achieving perfection. More than enough different postures and stretches to last all week (and then some!) as STRETCH BREAKS!!! Enjoy, but don't go beyond your own current limits. Spending time at the limit of your comfort zone is what works 'bestest and fastest.' Also makes it feel good instead of being painful. That is what makes it yoga. The path not the destination!
